RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code: 

The buyer has a period of fourteen days, from the receipt of the products, returned items must be packaged and shipped from the date of receipt of the package. Our return policy only applies to unused, unwashed, unworn items, in their new and original packaging and with their original labels. Items will be refunded if and only if they are returned in the same condition and in their original packaging. 

We are unable to accept returns or refunds on items that have been used, on sale, worn, washed or have had the tags removed. Please also note that the original shipping charges you paid for your order are non-refundable. 

How to make a return:

 

  1. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your items to request a return. However, return requests made after this period will not be accepted. 

  2. Return: To return a product, please contact us at maraparisiennecontact@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions and the form for returning your item. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at maraparisiennecontact@gmail.com Exchanges are subject to item availability. Return shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. 

  4. Please package the items to be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and unstained with all original tags attached and folded properly in their original packaging. 

  5. The shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility . To return your item, you can go to La Poste or the Colissimo website. It is important to note that we do not accept returns via Mondial Relay. 

  6. After receiving your return, it is important to note that Mara Parisienne reserves the right to refuse any return request deemed unreasonable. If your request is approved, we will either refund or send a new package, depending on your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the value of the item. You will then receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 14 days. The initial delivery charges are non-refundable. 

  7. Returns are processed within 7-14 days.
